Note:
There will be no spot registration available for the conference, so please ensure you register in advance.
Accompanying persons will not get any certificate or Souvenier.
Registration charges include-attendance in the Conference, scientific session, trade fair, lunch on conference days, Banquet, certificate of attendance & Conference KIT.
Letter from Head of the department is mandatory for registration under post graduate category.
Conference registration is mandatory for registering in workshop.
Organisers will not be responsible for any fake mailers or information delivery failure in case the registrartion form is not complete.
Cancellation Policy:
Upto 15th May 2024, 75% refund of registration fee.
Upto 15th June 2024, 50% refund of registration fee.
Upto 15th July 2024, 20% refund of registration fee.
After 15th July 2024, no refund will be given.
All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference.
Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
