 It's indeed an honor to conduct the 38^th Annual State Conference of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (ISA) Karnataka Chapter, in the capital and much-happening garden city Bengaluru from 9^th to 11^th August 2024.

 The field of Anaesthesia is a rapidly growing branch taking giant strides in not only making complex surgeries safe for the patients but also relieving pain and imparting expertise in managing the critically ill. In the pursuit of achieving these goals, there has been a sea of change in patient management by the inculcation of technology and innovation into medical practice, more so in the field of anesthesia.
